Five Movements at Mouro - Movement V - Veil

Mouro provides a fixed reference for an event that never holds its form. Across these movements, attention shifts from the isolated spectacle of a wave to the changing relationships that constitute its passage. Each sequence gives duration a visible structure, making impact, persistence, and disappearance parts of an encounter that no single instant can contain.

The wave remains present after its solid outline has dispersed. Suspended in the air, its force changes from an event we can locate to a condition through which the island is seen. The sequence follows this passage into obscurity, where concealment becomes evidence of movement and disappearance belongs to the event rather than ending it.
