Landscapes at Scale

Breadth changes the act of looking. An extended view asks the eye to travel, compare, and return, making relationships across the image as significant as any single point of emphasis. These collections consider scale through that unfolding attention. A landscape may appear available at once, yet its character emerges gradually, as near and distant presences acquire different roles and no one position within the view fully accounts for the whole.
