Between night and day, conditions overlap before one clearly gives way to the other. The landscape carries competing impressions of distance, visibility, and mood. These photographs remain within that gradual adjustment, when change is felt through coexistence rather than a sharp division and the emerging world still retains something of the one that is receding.
