Mythic Landscapes explores the American Southwest through places that have become enduring symbols of distance, scale, and imagination. Slot canyons, desert roads, river-carved chasms, sandstone monuments, and eroded amphitheaters reveal a landscape shaped by geological time and amplified through exploration, photography, cinema, and collective memory. Moving from intimate rock formations to expansive desert vistas, the sequence traces a progression from enclosure to openness, from sculpted detail to monumental space.
