04.- Earth in Transformation

Earth in Transformation examines landscapes shaped by geological force, erosion, geothermal activity, water, and time across the American interior. Geysers, mineral terraces, thermal pools, volcanic remnants, canyons, mountains, and eroded plains reveal terrain in continual states of formation and change. Color becomes an essential descriptive element, registering chemical processes, atmospheric conditions, and shifting light that remain inseparable from the physical structure of the land. Moving between eruption and stillness, monumentality and reflection, the collection approaches the landscape as an active record of the forces that continue to shape the surface of the Earth.
