12.- Budapest - Parliament Nocturne

Parliament Nocturne observes the Hungarian Parliament as a nocturnal monument shaped through light, scale, and civic space. Rising from the darkness along the Danube, the building shifts from architectural destination to civic landmark within the city. Axial streets, reflections, and the open river establish changing forms of encounter through approach, contemplation, and distance. Night reduces the surrounding urban fabric to shadow, allowing the façade to assert its presence through symmetry, reflection, water, and controlled isolation.
