Suspended Waters

To look at water is not always to know whether one is seeing its surface, what lies beneath, or what appears within its reflection. These possibilities coexist without settling into a single depth. The resulting uncertainty suspends ordinary spatial judgment, making a familiar substance a place where different versions of the visible world overlap.
